Shipping Policy

Bootleggers Coffee currently ships orders within the United States.

Orders are processed and fulfilled as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances.

Once an order ships, estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Bootleggers Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is reshipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at connect@bootleggerscoffee.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

If we determine that an order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise affected by an error on our part, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Bootleggers Coffee or otherwise required by applicable law.
