I have pretty much become a coffee snob and this was my first order and, YEP, this made me a bigger coffee snob. This even got me to buy an OXO compact grinder and that just elevates it when you can grind it to your liking.

This was my first bag and it did not disappoint and it confirmed by suspicion that I am a coffee snob… How the make the coffee, bag it early and the one way vent makes a huge difference I think. Two new bags on the way and I am stoked to try, the Columbia and the Honduras.
I really enjoyed this roast. It wasnt over powering, oily, or feel acid like. For me this makes a great morning everyday start your day kinda cup. Would definitely recommend if you like consistancy
